All orders are shipped via Priority or First-Class Mail by the US Postal Service. We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following week.

We are currently only accepting on-line orders within the United States. For international orders, please read below.

shipping costs & method

• $5.95 Flat Rate (2-5 days) sent either First Class or Priority, at our discretion, for orders of 1-5 bottles anywhere in the United States.
  
• $11.50 Flat Rate (2-5 days) for orders of more than 5 bottles anywhere in the United States.
  

Because all shipping is via US Postal Service, please use the shipping address where you receive your postal service mail. Delivery Confirmation is a free service, and occurs with every shipment. BodyMantra is not be responsible for shipments once they are indicated as delivered by the US Postal Service tracking system, available at www.usps.com.

international orders

We do not process international orders on-line at this time. If you are outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing BodyMantra oils, please contact us via email and we will work with you directly to fill an order. All international orders will be billed via a secure PayPal process. Shipping charges for international orders will be assessed at the actual shipping charge incurred.

All oils are hand-blended in Boulder, Colorado upon receipt of your order. This is to ensure the most fresh, up-to-the-moment blend possible. As such, we ship within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following week. If there is any delay of more than two business days in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

If you need rush or express services, you may contact us and we will do our best to take care of your needs. Rush and Express Mail fees will apply.

payment methods

You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. All payments run through a PayPal-hosted secure billing process. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

returns

BodyMantra will accept returns of unopened bottles within 10 days of order receipt as indicated by the delivery tracking system of the USPS. We will also happily replace any item that arrived damaged or was mis-shipped due to our error. Opened bottles of oil cannot be returned. Custom-blended oils cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Because our address resides with the US Postal system, returns must be made via USPS.

To return any items, you must first receive an RMA number from us. Please email us with your order number, and what items you’ll be sending back. We’ll send you an RMA number that must appear on the address label of your package. This ensures we are able track and process your return as quickly as possible… thank you for your help!
