This month is our “Choose Your Theme” month. Become a fan on Facebook between now and the end of February, and you’ll automatically be entered to win a free bottle of whichever new blend you choose. And, if you invite a friend to become a fan, not only will they be entered to win, but you are eligible for an additional entry. For as many friends as you wish. (Do you see how you could really rig this thing in your favor?)

To become a fan, go to our Facebook page and click the Like button at the top of the screen. Done!

Thanksgiving Day: A Morning of Movement

In place of our regular Wednesday evening movement class, we will gather on Thanksgiving Day, in gratitude and celebration.

Launch of Essential Oil Blends

BodyMantra Essential Oil Blends are officially here, designed to support you in powerful, focused everyday ritual. Our launch event was stunning. Thank you to all that attended in person, as well as those of you that were there in spirit. It was a warm, sunny afternoon filled with delicious food, authentic community, and – of course – essential oils. The two front-runner blends for the afternoon were Purpose and Abundance.
