Personal inquiry is the cornerstone of a consciously-lived life. The path of personal inquiry is as rewarding, daunting, and revelatory as it is boundless. Honest and consistent investigation of our personal patterns, stories and behaviors will assist us to break out of ruts and choices that do not serve our highest potential.

BodyMantra practices and products are all designed to spark and sustain us in our personal inquiry, with one-on-one sessions providing individualized support along the way. All private inquiry sessions are conducted with Kimberly.

Private Personal Inquiry Sessions

Intuitively-guided energy work is the backbone of personal sessions. Kimberly is a Reiki Master and uses various energy healing techniques when working with clients. Being clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient, she invokes her intuitive sensibilities to guide all aspects of a session, identifying and clarifying circumstances that are already formed and present in a client’s system. Intuitively-guided energy work is conducted with the client lying prone on a massage table.

Personal sessions always include some measure of conscious dialogue between Kimberly and the client, with Kimberly encouraging her clients to track the thoughts of the mind and the responses of the body that stem from their discussions. The intention of this practice is to move the client more and more toward an intimate relationship with their mind and body patterns as they speak from a place of heightened awareness. As these patterns are understood, clients can identify areas that need to be healed, and those that need to be strengthened. Conscious dialogue encourages us to name these needs aloud, so that we can work intentionally to meet them.

Essential oil therapy is used to support energy work conducted during personal sessions, unless a client has strong sensitivities or allergies. Essential oils have both powerful medicinal and energetic qualities, addressing blocks and stagnation in the body as well as opening and solidifying new pathways.
