| Description | Friday | 6:30-7:45pm Join us for this special event as Kimberly & Stephen combine forces to guide you through a sacred evening of yoga and free-form movement. Drawing on focused body practices, music, and the power of essential oils, participants will be invited to arrive more fully in each moment of embodied expression. This evening will include an anointing ritual with BodyMantra essential oil blend Presence. The full line of BodyMantra blends will be available for sale immediately following our movement ceremony.
Stephen Uvalle
Stephen understands that yoga asana practice is an important and transformative tool that can bring great perspective to life both physically and spiritually. He became interested in yoga for the physical aspects and soon found that asana touched something much deeper; his life experience and studies have influenced a unique perspective and teaching style. He invites all who want to live to their greatest potential to come experience the strength and delight this living art has to offer.
